Explanations:

Since the length of this machine is 8150 mm, it has been designed and manufactured in three pieces to be easily moved. It includes the following parts:

Part one:

Including the first chassis, automatic feeding unit, the first soil filling unit, the first gearbox engine, the first micro-control command board

Part two:

Including the first chassis, sprinkler unit, the second soil filling unit, the second gearbox engine and the second micro-control command board

Part three:

Including the third chassis for transmission of the boxes to the growth module

This machine has rotation control system with micro-control designation which has capability of rotation adjustment from zero to 1200 boxes per hour. 

Transfer of the boxes is carried out on the chassis by the grooved and simple plastic rollers, and because of their uniformity and balance there is no vibration of the boxes in the direction.

Operation:

First, the boxes are transferred to the primary soil filling unit (ground bed) by the feeding unit automatically, and after a covering of 20 mm and pounding the soil uniformly, it is irrigated by sparkler unit and disinfected within this stage.

After this stage by seed unit, based on the varieties of cultivations from 120 to 150 grams and in the last stage, a covering of 5 to 10 mm covers the level of seeds which is carried out by the secondary soil filling unit and finally, the surface of the box is cleaned by leveling brush and it is transferred to the growth module (darkroom).
